Our commitment
Commitment to Safety
Safety is not a checkbox — it is the foundation of every project we undertake. Our people, our clients, and the communities we serve depend on it.
Our Safety Philosophy
At J. Wesley Services Group, safety is embedded in everything we do — from pre-job planning through final commissioning. We believe that every incident is preventable, and that a disciplined, proactive approach to hazard identification and risk mitigation is the only acceptable standard.
Our technicians are trained to stop work any time conditions are unsafe, without exception. We foster a culture where raising a safety concern is expected and respected at every level of the organization.
Standards & Certifications
We operate in full compliance with the industry's most rigorous electrical testing and safety standards.
NETA Standards
All testing and maintenance work is performed in accordance with InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) standards, including MTS (Maintenance Testing Specifications) and ATS (Acceptance Testing Specifications).
NFPA 70E
Our technicians follow NFPA 70E — Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace — governing arc flash protection, PPE requirements, and energized electrical work permits.
OSHA Compliance
We maintain full compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 electrical safety regulations, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and confined space protocols.
AIS Acceptance
J. Wesley Services Group holds AIS (Acceptance in Safety) recognition, reflecting our demonstrated commitment to safety management and best practices in the field.
PPE & Arc Flash
All field personnel are equipped with appropriate arc-rated PPE and undergo regular arc flash hazard analysis training before working on or near energized equipment.
Ongoing Training
Safety training is continuous — not a one-time event. Our team participates in regular refresher courses, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses to stay current with evolving standards.
AIS Acceptance Recognition
Our AIS Acceptance recognition reflects a verified commitment to safety management systems and best practices across all field operations.
